Taman Ujung
Taman Ujung ‘water palace’, with its complete and official designation of Taman Sukasada Ujung, is located in the village of Seraya in Karangasem regency. It’s the sister site of Tirta Gangga, also built by the late king of Karangasem.

Lahangan Sweet
Lahangan Sweet is probably one of my favourite places in East Bali. It’s a viewpoint of the most beautiful scenic landscape in Bali (in my opinion!). Lahangan sweet have set things up pretty cleverly, so there are plenty of lookout points along the cliff edge, meaning there are a tonne of spots for people to stop, relax and admire the view.

Virgin Beach
Virgin Beach, also known as White Sand Beach or Pantai Perasi, is a secluded and scenic beach in Karangasem Regency, East Bali, known for its soft white sand and clear turquoise waters. It offers a serene escape with its natural beauty, surrounded by lush green hills, and is a good spot for swimming and snorkeling, though access can be challenging. There are no large resorts, but local warungs (cafes) and beach chairs are available, making it a popular destination for those seeking a quieter, more unspoiled experience.

Penglipuran Village
Penglipuran is a traditional Balinese village in Bangli Regency, Bali, known for its well-preserved culture, organized layout, and clean environment. The village follows the Tri Hita Karana philosophy of balancing human, spiritual, and environmental relationships, which is reflected in its architecture, daily customs, and a strict no-motorized vehicle rule within the main area. Key features include uniformly designed traditional bamboo houses, a stepped stone main street, and a sacred bamboo forest, making it a significant cultural and tourist destination.
Tukad Cepung Waterfall
Tukad Cepung has a height of 15 meters, and is not directly exposed to the outside like other waterfalls. Rather it is in a stone cave and hidden. Because it is hidden, it makes it seem more special. The water flow was wide, not rushing together.
